RimaVerse Lodestar glossary
RimaVerse Lodestar is a web-based, AI-assisted artist management platform built by RIMA. It gives managers, artists, clients, trainers, and audition candidates role-specific workspaces for rosters, scheduling, auditions, training, AI performance feedback, chat, and payments, so an agency can run its artists in one place instead of across spreadsheets and messaging apps.

- A request a manager sends to an artist asking to represent them. The artist accepts or declines, and one artist can be managed by more than one manager.
- Audition posting
- An open casting call created by a manager or a client, with details such as type, date, pay, and description, that artists and candidates can apply to.
- Candidate (trainee)
- A person who applies to a manager's audition postings in order to be signed as an artist. Candidates submit photos, a video, and a self-introduction.
- Management agreement
- The agreement signed after a candidate passes an audition and meets the manager, which officially onboards the candidate onto the manager's roster.
- Lesson request
- A request from a manager to a trainer to train one of the manager's artists. When the trainer confirms, the session is scheduled automatically.
- AI Trainer
- The RimaVerse Lodestar feature that scores an uploaded acting, singing, dancing, or speaking recording and returns detailed feedback for improvement.
- AI Manager
- A chat assistant in RimaVerse Lodestar for career and scheduling questions. It uses one AI credit per message and is included in the Pro and Unlimited plans.
- AI credit
- The unit that pays for AI features in RimaVerse Lodestar. Plans grant a monthly allowance that does not roll over, and extra credits can be bought.
- Match score
- The fit rating shown on an AI recommendation of an audition or trainer, together with a short explanation of why it fits.
- Boost
- A feature that spends AI credits to raise an artist's or trainer's visibility in search and recommendations for a chosen number of days.
- Held payment
- A payment for a booking or audition that has been placed on hold through the payment system. The manager releases it to the payee, or it is refunded.
