RimaVerse Lodestar is a web-based, AI-assisted artist management platform built by RIMA. It gives managers, artists, clients, trainers, and audition candidates role-specific workspaces for rosters, scheduling, auditions, training, AI performance feedback, chat, and payments.
Who is RimaVerse Lodestar for?
RimaVerse Lodestar is for talent and music agencies, including K-Pop, J-Pop, idol, acting, modeling, and VTuber agencies, as well as independent artist managers and entertainment startups. Artists, clients who book talent, trainers, and audition candidates use it as participants in the same workspace.
What account roles does RimaVerse Lodestar have?
RimaVerse Lodestar has five user roles, each with its own dashboard: Manager, Artist, Client, Trainer, and Candidate (trainee). A manager runs the roster, a client posts auditions and books artists, a trainer handles lesson requests, and a candidate applies to auditions in order to be signed as an artist.
What can a manager do in RimaVerse Lodestar?
In RimaVerse Lodestar a manager can add artists through assignment requests, keep a shared calendar of every managed artist, post auditions and review candidates, request lessons from trainers for an artist, receive AI-ranked trainer and audition recommendations, recommend auditions to artists, and follow monthly revenue with AI-generated forecasts.
How does scheduling work in RimaVerse Lodestar?
RimaVerse Lodestar shows bookings, auditions, training sessions, and candidate meetings on one calendar, with a distinct color for each artist, so conflicts are visible before a new booking is accepted. When a trainer confirms a lesson request, the training session is scheduled automatically.
What does the AI Trainer in RimaVerse Lodestar do?
The AI Trainer in RimaVerse Lodestar analyzes a recording that an artist uploads of an acting, singing, dancing, or speaking performance and returns a score with detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement. Past uploads and scores are kept in the artist's training history.
What is the AI Manager in RimaVerse Lodestar?
The AI Manager in RimaVerse Lodestar is a chat assistant that answers career and scheduling questions and helps plan next steps. Each message uses one AI credit, and it is available on the Pro and Unlimited plans.
How does an audition lead to signing an artist in RimaVerse Lodestar?
A manager posts an audition and a candidate applies with photos, a video, and a self-introduction. The manager can run an AI evaluation for a score and written assessment, then passes or rejects the candidate. A passed candidate gets an initial meeting on the calendar, and after the meeting the management agreement is signed to onboard the candidate onto the roster.
How do payments work in RimaVerse Lodestar?
In RimaVerse Lodestar a payment for a booking or audition is first held through the payment system, then released to the payee by the manager or refunded. Each payment keeps a status of pending, held, completed, refunded, or failed, and payers and payees receive notifications. Platform service fees apply to transactions.
What are AI credits and plans in RimaVerse Lodestar?
AI features in RimaVerse Lodestar, such as AI Trainer feedback and AI Manager chat, run on AI credits. The Free plan includes 5 credits per month, Pro includes 100 credits per month and the AI Manager, and Unlimited removes the credit limit. Unused monthly credits do not roll over, and extra credits can be purchased.
Does RimaVerse Lodestar include chat?
Yes. RimaVerse Lodestar includes role-based chat and notifications between managers, artists, clients, and trainers. When a trainer confirms a lesson request, a group chat room for the trainer, the manager, and the artist is created automatically.
How is RimaVerse Lodestar different from RimaVerse Flow?
RimaVerse Lodestar manages artists a company already works with, covering roster, schedules, auditions, training, chat, and payments. RimaVerse Flow, also built by RIMA, discovers new independent musical artists and prototypes songs for them. A company can use Flow to find an artist and Lodestar to manage the relationship afterward.
